All orders ship FREE within the US!
All products and items sold at Equiluxe Tack ship within 1-3 business days (this excludes custom items and pre-orders). This is the amount it takes for your order to be processed and shipped. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- If you are located in the US: Orders deliver within 2-5 business days once they have been processed and shipped.
- If you are located internationally (outside of the US), Economy Shipping will typically deliver in 2-4 weeks. Express shipping will typically deliver in around 7 business days or less once they have been processed and shipped.
- The exceptions to these rules include custom items, pre-orders, and any item that mentions otherwise in its product description.
- Please understand that once your order has been shipped, the package is no longer in our control and in most cases, cannot be retrieved. However, in the event of a lost, damaged, or incomplete item, we will always issue a refund or a replacement.
Some products ship from separate warehouses. This means if you order multiple items from different brands, orders may arrive in more than one package.
Refused Packages
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of the US, if your country has import duties/customs): If your order delivers to your address and is not picked up, fails to deliver, or is refused, thus being returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for any fees we incur to receive the package back from the post office and to ship the item back to the customer. You also have the option to accept a refund (return) instead, but please note the refund will exclude any shipping or postal service fees we have paid.
