Return & Exchange Policy
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is our absolute top priority. Equiluxe Tack has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer a 30 day from purchase date return & exchange policy. This is how much time you will have to make a return request.
Must be in the same condition it was in when you received it; unused, with all parts and pieces included. We accept all return requests within 30 days from purchase date, so long as the item is in the same condition as it was when you received it. Buyer is asked to pay return shipping. If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you will receive a free return label and a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as supplements, treats, medicine), custom items (Alfa Equus spurs, The Bling Bay browbands, Pegasi Pearlz browbands, and The Preppi Pony shirts and apparel) and items personalized with monograms, initials, logos, etcetera.
We are always happy to process an exchange so you can get the product you want most as quickly as possible, no questions asked. Simply email us to start the exchange process, or follow our Returns portal and choose the "Exchange" option. In some cases, a shipping fee may apply for your new replacement item.
Refunds on Returns
We will notify you as soon as we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for a 100% refund, minus the original shipping cost of the item(s). Please remember it can take up to 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
