Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Equiluxe has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All customers are able to request an easy hassle-free exchange, return, replacement or refund within a reasonable time frame. We accept all return requests as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when you received it. Our policy is usually not restricted to only 30 days, we do our best to process returns and exchanges as late as we can for your convenience. The buyer is asked to pay return shipping to the origin of their product (the item's brand). All returns will be 100% refunded in full minus the original shipping cost. You can exchange with ANY other product(s) in our store (the price can be adjusted from your original purchase).

"Is there a size chart?"
If a size chart is available, it will be featured in the photos or the description. If a size chart is not provided, this means the item runs true to size. In the rare circumstance that an item does not run true to size, this will always be presently noted in the description.
"Can I purchase two in different sizes, and return the one that doesn't fit?"
Absolutely! We highly encourage this so you know you will be getting the best size the first time. We want you to be confident in your purchases. The second, returned item will be refunded in full.
"What if I need to return or exchange?"
Every order is eligible for returns and exchanges! Across our store, most items are not limited by a 30 day return/exchange period. As long as your item is still in new condition, we will accept your return or replacement in almost all cases. For the rare cases of products with a 30 day time period (enforced by the item's brand itself), the 30 days begin the day you receive your product.
"How do I track my order status?"
Track your order status all along the way with the Shop app. You'll always be emailed with order updates. SMS text updates can also be prompted from the order page or order confirmation email.
"How long will it take for my order to ship?"
The most accurate shipping info is in each product description and varies from brand to product. All orders ship in 1-3 business days and typically deliver within 2-7 business days. This excludes custom items, which will always be labeled as custom in their product description.
"Where will this item ship from?"
At Equiluxe, all product ship directly from their brand to support our partnered brands as much as possible and to keep prices as low as possible for our customers. Because of this, if you order multiple items from different brands, they may ship seperately. You can find the shipment origin and shipping time in each product description.
"What is your refund policy?"
For returns, you will receive a 100% full refund as soon as we receive the product. The original shipping price we paid for your product will be deducted from the amount. We do not charge a restocking fee.
"Which payment methods can I use?"
We offer several forms of payment! Secure debit/credit card payment, Paypal, Paypal Pay in 4, Shop Pay in 4, Venmo, Google Pay, and more.
For your security we cannot see any of your personal payment information. Card payments are processed via Shopify, & we never have access to card numbers nor any other card information, other than your provided billing address and card type.

Who we are, how we started
Hi, I'm Kathryn! Founder, designer, customer care rep, and "everything else" at Equiluxe Tack! I grew up on horseback, head over heels for the classy & matchy-matchy revolution in the equestrian world. This is what inspired me to bring the unique, original vibe to life with my store, Equiluxe Tack. I started my business in 2020 and am so proud of how far we've come; I'm working towards many more years to come, every single day.
