Shipping Policy
All products and items sold at Equiluxe Tack ship within 1-3 business days (this excludes custom items and pre-orders). This is the amount it takes for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders come with a tracking number, unless otherwise mentioned (this is sometimes present in our products from the UK, but it will always be mentioned in the description if it will not come with a tracking number).
- Items shipping within the US typically deliver within 2-5 days.
- Items shipping from outside the US to a customer in the US typically deliver within 1-3 weeks.
- Items shipping from the US to a customer outside of the US typically deliver within 1-3 weeks.
- Items shipping from outside the US to a customer that is also outside of the US typically deliver in 1-3 weeks.
- The exceptions to these rules include custom items, preorders, and any item that mentions otherwise in its product description, conveniently located on every item's product page. Product pages will always mention clearly if the item is custom or not.
Refused Packages
If your order delivers to your address and is not picked up, fails to deliver, or is refused, thus being returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for any fees we incur to receive the package back from the post office and to ship the item back to the customer. You also have the option to accept a refund (return) instead, but please note the refund will exclude any shipping or postal service fees we have paid.
