U.S. Returns:
Enjoy FREE Returns & Exchanges on all US orders!* We allow 100 days from the delivery date to make a return request for brand-new items with tags. Simply request a return using the link above, and we will send you a FREE return label automatically.
NO Restocking Fees, Ever.
Helmet & Safety Vest Return Policy:
- 60-day return window for brand-new helmets and safety vests with tags attached and no signs of use / wear / tear.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and are FINAL SALE.
*Custom or personalized items, including Alberto Fasciani boots which are custom made to your measurements, are FINAL SALE; no returns or exchanges.
**For returns of saddles, customers are given 30 days from delivery date to apply for a return. Return shipping for saddles is the customer's responsibility. The saddle MUST be in the same brand new and unused condition as it was received in to be accepted and refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and can use any carrier of their choice. We allow 100 days from the purchase date to make a return request.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- All returns must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused, with all parts and pieces included.
- Once a return request has been accepted, customers have 30 additional days to ship the return back to us. If not shipped within this timeframe, the return request will be automatically closed.
- Free return shipping is provided to US customers for the first return per order (UNLESS it is a sized item sending back for exchanges for different sizes, in accordance with our Fit Guarantee). If additional items are returned later, the customer will cover the return shipping cost (typically $6-7).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a free return label and a full refund or replacement.

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are always free! We’re happy to process exchanges to ensure you receive the product you want as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 days for banks to process once the return has been completed.
Please note that shipping costs (Priority: $12, Express: $35, International: $35-50) are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipping.
