Return & Exchange Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is our absolute top priority. Equiluxe Tack has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer a 30 day from purchase date return & exchange policy. This is how much time you will have to make a return request.

Must be in the same condition it was in when you received it; unused, with all parts and pieces included. 

To start a return or exchange, start the process HERE. When your return is accepted, you will be informed of where to send your package.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as supplements, treats, medicine), and face masks (face masks are by all means NOT allowed to be returned due to safety reasons. If something went wrong with your order of a face mask, we will offer you a full or partial refund). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
We are always happy to process an exchange so you can get the product you want most as quickly as possible. No questions asked. Simply email us to start the exchange process, or follow our Returns portal and choose the "Exchange" option. In some cases, a shipping fee may apply for your new replacement item. 


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we’ve received your return. When received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for a 100% refund, aside from the $5 (or $15, if you are an international customer) which was paid in shipping costs (this does not apply to unshipped orders that need to be cancelled). Please remember it can take up to 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
