Must be in the same condition it was in when you received it; unused, with all parts and pieces included. However, if a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right. If the product becomes damaged in a short span of time after purchasing it, we will do our best to send you a replacement or a partial refund, if either is possible. We accept all return requests as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when you received it. The buyer is asked to pay return shipping to the origin of their product (usually this is the Equiluxe warehouse, or the brand of the product itself). Please contact us or start the return process on our website BEFORE returning a product, so we can provide you with the correct return address. All returns will be 100% refunded in full (minus the shipping cost of the item to be shipped to you).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats), custom items (Alfa Equus spurs, The Bling Bay browbands, Pegasi Pearlz browbands, and The Preppi Pony shirts and apparel, etc) and items personalized with monograms, initials, logos, etcetera. Gift cards are not eligible for return/refund.
We are always happy to process an exchange so you can get the product you need as quickly as possible, no questions asked. Simply email us to start the exchange process. In some cases, a shipping fee may apply for your new replacement item.
Refunds on Returns
We will notify you as soon as we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for a 100% refund, minus the original shipping cost of the item(s). Please remember it can take up to 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
