Enjoy FREE Returns & Exchanges on all US orders! We offer a flexible 60 day from purchase date return & exchange policy. This is how much time you will have to make a return request.

Free return shipping on all returns & exchanges with no hidden restocking fees. Full refunds on all returns and exchanges.

Must be in the same condition it was in when you received it; unused, with all parts and pieces included. We accept all return requests within 60 days from purchase date, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when you received it. Customers are given an additional 30 days to ship the return back to us once the return label has been provided. Please note any orders exceeding this 90-day policy will automatically be closed if not shipped back within 30 days of receiving your return label. Free return shipping paid by us if the customer is located in the US. If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you will receive a free return label and a full refund. In the case that you paid for Standard Shipping ($12), Express Shipping ($35), or International Shipping $35-50) on your order, these shipping costs cannot be refunded in the case of a return due to these shipping costs being paid to deliver the order. In the case of a cancellation before your order has shipped, the shipping cost will be refunded. 

Free return shipping is only applicable within the US. Items must be returned to sender, so if a product ships from Europe, it must be delivered back to Europe. Free return shipping is only eligible with both destination and origin addresses in the US.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return request to be accepted, and 3-4 business days for your return to be inspected and refunded once we've received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as supplements, treats, medicine).

Refunds on Returns
Receive a full refund when we receive and inspect your return. We will notify you as soon as we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for a 100% refund. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
